29L Maxpedition Backpack, OD Green

The Lassen Backpack, inspired by and tested during the ascent to Northern California's Lassen Peak, is a tactical backpack with a volume of 1800 cubic inches / 29 liters that is both MOLLE-compatible and CCW-enabled. Unlike previous Maxpedition packs, the Lassen Backpack features YKK molded tooth zippers designed with individually injected, self-lubricating elements for long-term, low-maintenance use. Each pack is equipped with a sheet frame that includes a user-shapeable aluminum stay for additional support. The frame and stay can be separated and/or removed to significantly reduce weight. The backpack also includes expandable bottle holders on both sides for holding hydration or other long/narrow items like tripods.

With a thoughtful design focused on comfortable carry and ease of access, the Lassen Backpack includes an adjustable and removable waist belt for stability across various body sizes. Additionally, there is a large exterior loop field for attaching name tapes or morale patches. The overall volume of the backpack is 1769 cubic inches / 29 liters.

Other features of the Lassen Backpack include various internal pockets, expandable bottle holders with bungee retention, and a dual side accessible CCW compartment. The backpack also includes MOLLE webbing for attaching accessory pockets, as well as a loop field in front for adding morale patches. For added comfort, the backpack has curved padded shoulder straps and removable, adjustable sternum and waist straps. The semi-rigid flexible internal frame system includes an aluminum stay for durability and support.
