The Maxpedition design team has developed a heavy-duty injection molded hardware component known as the TacTie polymer joining clip (Pac). This innovative clip is used to securely integrate accessory pockets and pouches onto a variety of equipment surfaces, including packs, vests, Atlas surfaces, PALS surfaces, and MOLLE equipment. The TacTie Pac allows for an interlocking connection that is both secure and easy to disengage by hand, without the need for tools.

These versatile clips are compatible with older Maxpedition pouches backed with webbing, as well as being fully MOLLE/PALS compatible. The overall size of the clips measures 12.5 (L) x 1.2 (W) x 0.4 (H) inches when open and 6.2 (L) x 1.2 (W) x 0.4 (H) inches when closed. Made of durable yet flexible polymer with a subdued matte finish, the clips feature a heavy-duty one-piece injection molded design for long-lasting use.

When properly engaged, the connection provided by the TacTie polymer joining clips is extremely secure. The clips can be easily removed without the need for tools, thanks to their carefully designed head and tail that aid in maintaining progress during weaving. These clips are also backwards compatible, allowing for easy retrofitting of any Maxpedition legacy products with the new and improved design.

Additionally, the clips are rigid enough to be used as a loop for belt carry, providing added versatility in their functionality. The TacTie polymer joining clip is protected by utility and design patents pending in the USA and internationally. Each package includes six (6) TacTie polymer joining clips for modular attachment purposes.
